What we do
We will teach basic life skills and provide assistance to those requiring employment but face adversity due to age, their background or life circumstances.
Our mission is to not only place individuals back into being a productive member of society, but to utilize the experience from Team’s program to mentor someone else in their similar element.
TEAM will reach out to veterans and ex offenders that are seeking employment and housing to show them that there are people that value their service and care about them.
The people that make up this organization have a drive within them to change the circumstances of individuals disconnected with society and the workforce. By Teaching, Educating And Motivating individuals that are less fortunate than others due to life’s circumstances is Team’s goal. Educating and providing the avenues that transformed their circumstance into a successful outcome. This emphasizes TEAM the organization and highlights the effects of teamwork. TEAM will also contribute part of their proceeds to a “Pick of the Month Charity” such as Cancer Society, Wounded Vets, American Diabetes Society and many more.

We are launching the pontoon boat on Lake Norman this Saturday 7/30/2016 and starting August 13th we will be at the Charlotte Farmers Market every Saturday.
We are opening a store in Charlotte next month that will be a re-seller of corporate donations. Currently, Lowe’s is participating with us!
